GYPSY SWING
Some of you may recall us presenting Gypsy Swing with Igor Oskolkov and Doug de Vries. This new line-up is promising to be just as exciting. Mix of french jazz of 1940s with gypsy elements that Django Reinhardt brought to the Hot Club of France as well as with Russian and Eastern Europien influences this band sounds very engaging.
This particularly exciting collaboration will be between the brilliant jazz violinist Igor Oskolkov, Geoff Hughes on guitar, Howard Cairns on double bass and guitarist Sam Lemann.
